Every role starts with a paid test: one short piece of real work, with the brief agreed before you start.
How we work
Ask questions about the brief and look closely at what the film needs to say.
Agree a realistic schedule and raise anything that could change it early.
Careful planning and finishing help each frame do its job.
Give clear, useful feedback and treat the people making the work with care.
Use accurate claims, clear credits and the right permissions for the work.
Review the details: product screens, continuity, captions, sound and final files.
Make room for questions, share what helps and respect each other’s commitments.
